OPK Information

Tips:
1. Most OPK instructions are not for FMU. There are exceptions as some say to test with FMU.

2. If you're having a hard time catching your surge, test multiple times a day. A minimum of twice a day roughly 12hrs apart, or if possible 3 times a day. Example: *When I'm in FW / close to ovulation I will test with FMU @8AM,  test again @2:30PM-3:30PM,  and finally @8:30-9:00PM.

3. It is also recommended to hold your urine for 2-4 hours before testing if possible.

4. It also helps to limit / reduce / stop fluid intake 2-3 hours before testing. This will help with dilution problems.
